Gives a comprehensive overview of your cardiovascular system. Performed by a GP, nurse or technician, an Intelliheart Cardiac Consultation is a fast, non-invasive test including an automated blood pressure reading, pulse wave analysis, heart rate variability assessment and a ten lead ECG. Intelliheart combines the results of these tests with information on your family history, lifestyle and cholesterol to provide both early detection of cardiovascular disease in apparently healthy patients and monitor changes in patients with pre-existing conditions. The fee for the test is partially funded by Medicare.
