Steps to purchasing and booking your Intelliheart test.
1. Purchase your Intelliheart pre-paid card
Intelliheart pre-paid card can be purchased throughout Victorian Pulse Pharmacies, over the phone from our head Office or online. To contact IM Medical please call 1300 885 107. Once your order has been placed you will receive your Intelliheart pre-paid card within 3 working days. On the front of the Intelliheart card is your unique ID number that you must quote when making your booking. This card is your proof of purchase and so it is important that you hold onto this card.
2. Booking your Intelliheart Test
To book your Intelliheart test, simply call the toll-free telephone number 1300 885 107 that is located on the front of the Intelliheart pre paid card. A customer service consultant will schedule an appointment time and direct you to your nearest testing centre.
Our customer service consultant will also be able to help you with any questions you may have at this time.
3. Schedule your appoitment
All Intelliheart appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure you aren't kept waiting, so we recommend you arrive a few minutes before your nominated appointment time. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, or you need to reschedule, please call 1300 885 107 and arrange an alternative time with one of our consultants.
We currently test at the following location:

The assessment itself will take about 45 minutes and you will be guided throughout the consultation process by one of our expert staff.
