Unlike stress or heart function tests, Intelliheart is the only widely available test that incorporates Pulse Wave Analysis, a powerful tool in determining a person's risk of developing cardiovascular disease.
Performed by a qualified technician, an Intelliheart Cardiac Consultation is a 45 minute, non-invasive test that includes:
> an automated blood pressure reading
> Pulse Wave Analysis - assessment of arterial stiffness
> A resting Electrocardiogram (ECG)
> Ankle brachial index test
> A cholesterol test and glucose - both completed using finger prick test method.
